Contractors Assistance Program (CAP)

The purpose of the Contractor Assistance Program is to aid contractors with any problems they might experience complying with Public Act 53. Upon receiving the CAP form, the MISS DIG System will notify the affected utility of the problem. The affected utility company will then investigate and respond directly to the contractor.
