2011-2012 MISS DIG Winter Damage Prevention Council Excavation Safety Seminars
The MISS DIG Damage Prevention Council, a cooperative effort of the state’s regional Damage Prevention Associations, invites Michigan excavators, landscapers, utility
personnel, utility locators, and municipal workers to join us for the Winter 2011 round of excavation safety meetings.

The Council hopes that you will take advantage of these free quarterly meetings.
This winter we are happy to announce the following meeting presentation:
MISS DIG Online Training
Presented by Bob Suits & Donna Schmeichel

Thousands of users create their MISS DIG tickets using Remote Ticket Entry, Design Ticket, and Survey Ticket every day. In fact, over 30% of MISS DIG’s annual ticket volume arecreated using these online resources. These programs can save time waiting on the phone compared to calling MISS DIG and can be used from home or at the office for your convenience. All users must be trained prior to using any of the programs, and these sessions will provide anyone interested with that training. These sessions will also serve as a great refresher or reminder for those who already have access into the online programs and who are looking for some additional info.

Following the presentation, a open forum/round table discussion will take place to allow all attendees the opportunity to ask questions and receive updates on area projects, issues, and industry trends. Regardless of what company or industry you work for, this will be an excellent opportunity to speak with others in the area that impact what you do on a daily basis.

These events are provided to you free of charge, and coffee and donuts will be provided. Please just bring your co-workers and your questions.
