Remote Ticket Entry

Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) allows authorized users to enter MISS DIG locate ticket requests over the Internet.

RTE Requirements:
  • User must have a working knowledge of the MISS DIG System
  • User will accept responsibility for all information entered on the RTE ticket request
  • Only users who have a need to request an average of 25 requests or more per month will be given RTE access
  • User must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
  • User must have Microsoft .Net Framework version 1.1 installed

How to Apply
CLICK ON THIS LINK to sign up and complete an application for access to the system. When completing the application, please read the "Users Agreement" in its entirety. After submitting the application you will receive a separate e-mail within 72 hours with additional instructions for installing the Microsoft .NET framework required to the run the application.
